| Abstract: | Abstract: The present investigative work deals with the academic preferences of the students of the Law career and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences. Having as a general objective, to make known the factors that influence the Graduate of the Law School of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in them. For its scope, an investigation was carried out applying the exegetical and systematic method of a deductive theoretical type with a socio legal nature. The techniques used are the signing, the study of sentences and online research. In conclusion, this degree work forges a legal investigation with various analyzes on the respective branches of Law that are of interest as a student and future professional. Obtaining relevant aspects that are detailed in the content within the present research work. Whose content relates the SDG to the chosen subject and the case of Gonzales Lluy vs. Ecuador. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo investigativo trata sobre las preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias. Teniendo como objetivo general, dar a conocer los factores que influyen en el Egresado de la Carrera de Derecho de la UTPL para desarrollar preferencias por áreas específicas de la ciencia jurídica y su futura especialización en éstas. Para su alcance, se realizó una investigación aplicando el método exegético y sistemático de tipo teórico deductiva con carácter socio jurídica. Las técnicas utilizadas son el fichaje, el estudio de sentencias y la investigación en línea. En conclusión, el presente trabajo de titulación forja una investigación jurídica con diversos análisis sobre las respectivas ramas del Derecho que son de interés como estudiante y futuro profesional. Obteniendo aspectos relevantes que se encuentran detallados en el contenido dentro del presente trabajo investigado. Cuyo contenido, relaciona el ODS con la materia elegida y el caso Gonzales Lluy vs Ecuador. |
