Salud mental en trabajadores sanitarios del sector público de la provincia de Loja, durante la pandemia de COVID-19 en el año 2022

Abstract

Abstract: This research is addressed to health personnel, who as a result of the pandemic of COVID-19 have suffered significant alterations in mental health; in this way the The objective of the investigation is to determine the state of mental health of workers sanitary of the public sector of the province of Loja, during the pandemic of COVID-19 in the year 2022; The research was proposed with a non-experimental design, of a quantitative type and of cross section, where a non-probabilistic sample of 40 workers was established sanitary. The instruments used are: Ad-Hoc Questionnaire, MBI-HSS, DASS 21, AAQ II 7, UCLA-3, and PSQI; MBI; DASS-21, AAQ-II. Whose results reflect low scores in all the dimensions studied, with the exception of the personal fulfillment variable, which the higher the score, the better the perception of accomplishment. However, it is found that the 25 and 35% have medium and high anxiety respectively. It is concluded that most of the health personnel do not present significant alterations in mental health, so they do not require urgent attention.
