Abstract

Abstract:This research revolves around the goal of sustainable development number 6 that refers to peace, justice and solid institutions in this investigation, an in-depth analysis was carried out on the implications and what understand this SDG. In general, these objectives have been created by the Organization of the United Nations in order that by the year 2030 there will be in the presence of a better world in which there is greater equality between people, as well as a better environment in which to live. The present investigation analyzes a sentence emanating from the National Court of Justice in a triple reiteration ruling that breaks with a criterion that was held in relation to the real bankruptcy, which is known by the penal doctrine like the material contest. Finally, it carries out a discussion linked to trends, innovations and perspectives of constitutional law in the context of Covid-19, as well as the public policies that the current government has in order to materialize SDG No. 16 in Ecuador.
