Formación en competencias digitales: diagnóstico a docentes de bachillerato en Instituciones Educativas del Ecuador

Abstract

Abstract: The present work is based on the study of digital competences in teachers of Educational Institutions of Ecuador, the general objective is to diagnose the level of digital competences in upper basic and high school teachers, based on the Common framework of teaching digital competence. To do this, ten teachers were selected from the established levels of education that work in different establishments in the country and that impart their knowledge in subjects such as: Chemistry, Biology and Sciences natural. To carry out this work, the inductive, deductive, analytical, synthetic and hermeneutic, in addition, the techniques were applied; field and Bibliographic research; as an instrument for the collection of information was implemented a survey applied through a Google forms form. In the analysis and discussion of the results obtained, it was identified that on average 58% of the teachers surveyed have an intermediate level of digital knowledge, therefore, it is recommended that In general, all teachers strengthen these competencies in order to have with elements of digital training that help in their work practice.
