Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the EFL Teaching Training Program

Abstract

Abstract:The present work entitled Systematization of pedagogical experiences was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the experience, skills and knowledge acquired in the practices pre-professionals during two stages, as observers and main teachers. In the first stage, the observation of five Basic Education classes and five High School classes taught by teachers to students of different ages. In the second stage, the systematization of five classes taught to four students was carried out of Basic Education and five classes to four high school students belonging to a public institution of the city of Francisco de Orellana. The qualitative method was applied and the Data was collected through an observation sheet as the main instrument. He analysis of this work was based on aspects such as planning, linguistic aspects, learning management and methodology. After the analysis, it is concluded that the systematization contributes to the acquisition of experience and knowledge, especially for future teachers, through the reflection of our educational practice to improve, transform and innovate the teaching-learning of the English language.
