| Abstract: | Abstract: The Private Technical University of Loja through the Road Safety Observatory, has the purpose of providing a database with information on network traffic variables Road that includes the province of Loja, therefore, it is necessary to implement inventories roads that feed the virtual environment. A road inventory consists of georeferencing and characterizing the different elements that It includes the infrastructure: hydraulic, road and structural of a highway. This project consists of the application of mobile software for free use, to carry out georeferencing and characterization of the elements comprising the infrastructure road, being a low-cost, efficient and adaptable methodology for any road. With the implementation of the project, specific information of the infrastructure is provided road, stored in a Geographic Information System, with the purpose of promoting maintenance and repowering projects of the road network that includes the province of shop. |
| Description: | Resumen: La Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja a través del Observatorio de Seguridad Vial, tiene la finalidad de brindar una base de datos con información de variables de tráfico de la Red Vial que comprende la provincia de Loja, por lo tanto, es necesario implementar inventarios viales que alimenten al entorno virtual. Un inventario vial, consiste en georreferenciar y caracterizar los distintos elementos que comprende la infraestructura: hidráulica, vial y estructural de una carretera. El presente proyecto consiste en la aplicación de softwares móviles de uso libre, para realizar la georreferenciación y caracterización de los elementos que comprende la infraestructura vial, siendo una metodología de bajo costo, eficiente y adaptable para cualquier vía. Con la implementación del proyecto, se brinda información específica de la infraestructura vial, almacenada en un Sistema de Información Geográfica, con el propósito de impulsar a proyectos de mantenimiento y repotenciación de la red vial que comprende la provincia de Loja. |
