Influencia de la formación en emprendimiento: la situación de las instituciones educativas en el Ecuador y sus implicaciones

Abstract

Abstract: The general objective of this study focused on assessing the influence of training on Entrepreneurship for the development of entrepreneurial intention in entrepreneurs Ecuadorians, which was carried out with the search for information on websites reliable, where causes and effects generated in entrepreneurship at the national level were investigated. worldwide, in Latin America, and in Ecuador, determining the methods applied, the importance in local and national society, among others. In this research we used a qualitative methodological route, inductive approach, cross section, implementing the use of techniques such as the interview, with the support of a questionnaire of questions related to the study variables, which was applied to two people entrepreneurs. Among the results of the investigation, it was highlighted that of the people entrepreneurs who were interviewed, the youngest is still in his period of academic training, which allows it to comply more effectively with the expectations that their clients have, and in the same way to add new services innovators, thereby transforming education into a competitive advantage in the sector.
