Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation is carried out with the study of a particular case concerning the Criminal area, a sentence that was analyzed by the National Court of Justice regarding the crime of Theft resulting in death, which leads to a deeper understanding of the violated rights. such as: Right to life and comprehensive security. Being the starting point in the respective analysis and the link with the Sustainable Development Goals that seek to minimize the different problems that society experiences, surpassing borders since these objectives establish an economic, social and environmental vision, they were approved by the Assembly General of the United Nations in September 2015, being a historical fact for Latin America and the Caribbean, formed by 193 States that compose it. With the sole objective of leading to a more egalitarian and equitable society. Among them, Ecuador opted for this practice through Decree 371 by the National Secretariat for Planning and Development, which was later replaced by Decree 732 by the Technical Secretariat for Planning Planifica Ecuador .
