Abstract:In the research carried out as the final project of the degree called TFT, the carried out with the theme "Academic preferences of the students of the Law Career and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences", is part of an exploratory and legal research work projective, which is based on the study of judgments and constitutional norms Ecuadorian, as well as analyze the rights protected by said sentences; And their relationship with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established by the Organization of Nations United Nations (UN). The process of analysis and study of this work establishes a methodological order to follow; this is that a preference sentence has been selected, which will serve as object of study, thus proceeding to analyze it together with the Objectives of Sustainable Development (SDG), and in this way follow up on the treatment of said judgment; identified the Rights protected by the sentence and by the Objectives of Sustainable Development, as well as recognizing the jurisprudence used for the pronouncement of the sentence.
