Abstract

Abstract:The present work is an investigative analysis in light of the Development Objectives (SDG) which are part of the new agenda of the United Nations Organization 2030, to eradicate poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity. In this perspective, the SDG16 Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions is analyzed, objective that is directly related to the present investigation, the same one that puts evidence that the institutions most affected by corruption are the judiciary and the police. There are 10 goals of SDG16, aimed at reducing the rates of violence and mortality worldwide, of which the goal is 16.1 "Significantly reduce all forms of of violence and the corresponding mortality rates throughout the world , the same one that is directly related to Criminal Law and the sentence selected for this investigation. The research deals with the conceptual analysis of acts of violence against women through throughout history, international standards built around that violence, an approximation of the occurrence of this problem in the country and the study of the content of sentence No. 17721-2016-0154-SSI, find out if they show a justified vision from a gender and human rights perspective. In this research, the qualitative methodology is used, since it is a method of more descriptive research that focuses on interpretation, experiences and their meaning. The purpose of this research work is to establish conclusions and recommendations.
