Abstract

Abstract: This paper aims to explain the importance of the intervention and implementation of the SDGs proposed by the UN in the current legislation in force and in the different judicial bodies to achieve the objective of obtaining solid and incorruptible institutions; and, in this way, promote access to justice to all those who require it, without discrimination of social class, racial or sexual identity, regardless of their nationality; avoiding prejudice and acts of dishonesty and corruption, in order to guarantee that justice prevails above all with transparent acts where the rights of the procedural parties involved prevail above all.
