Abstract

Abstract: The degree work called "Academic preferences of Law students and their link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences" whose general objective is to know the factors that influence the graduate of the career of Law of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these. The analysis of the ruling, in this case, issued by the Administrative Litigation Chamber of the National Court of Justice regarding the appeal filed by the National Institute of Public Procurement INCOP, currently called the National Public Procurement Service SERCOP allows the student to know and identify the incorrect application of legal regulations in a public contracting process and, at the same time, how these legal resources are related to the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically with Sustainable Development Goal No. 16 and what concerns it in relation to Administrative Law, access to justice for all, the creation of effective and efficient institutions and transparency in public procurement procedures related to public funds of the State.
