: Uso de liveworksheets como recurso pedagógico en el proceso de aprendizaje de la destreza de lectura de idioma inglés en estudiantes de octavo de EGB

Abstract

Abstract: The degree work "Use of Liveworksheets as a pedagogical resource in the process of learning of the English language reading skill in eighth grade students of EGB , The objective is to determine the influence of said platform in the improvement of the reading ability in 22 students between 11 and 12 years old belonging to a unit educational fiscal of the rurality of the Mejía canton; To comply, an investigation was carried out mixed that combines the qualitative and quantitative approach, also contemplates the descriptive type, bibliographic and field, in addition to the deductive and inductive methods. In this sense, it applied two diagnostic questionnaires and one perception questionnaire, which on the one hand allowed determine that the use of the Liveworksheets platform evidently raises the degree of knowledge, having a greater impact on reading comprehension; and on the other, the students perceive that it is important to use Liveworksheets for language learning English focused on reading ability, since they consider that it helped them greatly and at the same time, they felt motivated to learn when they use it.
