Systematization of pedagogical experiences in the EFL teaching training program

Abstract

Abstract: The main purpose of this systematization is the analysis and reflection of all the processes of internships developed in this career. In the following work it was possible to analyze and systematize pedagogical experiences in the English teacher training program as foreign language that was carried out in the Educational Unit "City of Latacunga". Around 60 students participated, divided into basic education and high school, with ages between 12 and 18 years. For this, the process was divided into class observation and Teaching classes in both basic education and high school. Then with the information compiled, aspects such as planning, linguistic aspects, the management of the learning and the methodology to know the development of the class. In addition, it was described reflected on the analysis and interpretation of the teaching experience in basic education and baccalaureate, both as an observer and as a teacher. After this, they wrote conclusions and recommendations, and at the end the respective annexes were added. For conclude, teachers in schools should improve their methodologies and plans for each class, considering all aspects such as level, age and abilities.
