Abstract

Abstract:The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) implemented in 2015 by the United Nations Organization (UN), within the 2030 Agenda, have been a important step in the search for rights and social justice. The reduction of inequalities, in people with disabilities and other groups historically violated, is an issue of high impact and concern in the world, hence, the ODS number 10 and what is its relationship with Judgment No. 012-17-SIN-CC, makes a precision to this problem and proposes a series of strategies and policies that all countries must comply. The Ecuadorian State, being an active part of the UN, has the commitment through its functions and its different institutions, to ensure the respect and fulfillment of Human Rights, as well as contributing to the compliance with the objectives proposed in the 2030 Agenda. The resolutions, rulings, sentences and other opinions, issued by the different institutions of the State, must take into account the guarantees and faculties recognized in the different international treaties and in the Constitution of Ecuador, always trying to protect and correct the transgressed rights of people in vulnerable situations.
