Análisis de los casos de violencia entre pares, en los estudiantes de noveno año de educación general básica

Abstract

Abstract: The main objective of this research work is to identify the level of of violence among students in the Ramón Barba Educational Unit Naranjo, which serves a population of approximately 3183 students between 4 and 19 years old at different educational levels. For the population sample, 178 ninth year EGB students were taken into account through a non-probabilistic technique and for convenience, and a qualitative-quantitative approach was used using the semi-structured interview, field observation and the School Violence Questionnaire (CUVE) (Álvarez, 2015). The results obtained allow us to observe that there is no statistically significant difference between the means of the School Violence Questionnaire (CUVE) of the students participating in the sample who were alleged aggressors and those who maintained a role of alleged victims in the situations of violence detected or committed in the educational unit. The values ​​of Bilateral significance for verbal violence among students and disruption in the classroom was 0.329 and 0.426 respectively, these being the values ​​that They are more frequent in the selected population.
