Abstract: Due to the current state and growth of the Ambato Óptica Company, the need to implement technological solutions that satisfy the current needs and problems of said Company has been seen. For this, it has become necessary to implement a web and mobile application that allows managing the Company's processes in a fluid and consistent manner, with the results obtained managing data analytics that allows us to make good decisions in the future. Using data analysis we can act in processes according to the Company's need for the best decision making; likewise, to improve the service offered, for example, which are the most frequent patients, what type of exams are the most requested, what type of eye diseases are the most detected, strengthening the link between optometrists and patients. One of the advantages that we have when using data analytics is that we can guide future solutions with real data from the system. In the exams that each patient performs, we can verify their process (clinical history), their follow-up and their recovery in the short and long term depending on their state of health in their vision.
