Propuesta de vivienda colectiva en el centro histórico de Loja

Abstract

Abstract: The inhabitants of the city of Loja over the years have chosen to stop living within the historic center due to several factors: lack of parking, housing that they have become places of commerce, encouraging their abandonment and lack of appreciation. The objective of this degree work is to design a collective home in the historic center of Loja taking into account the needs of users in the city. For this, a process of search and analysis of cadastres information has been considered, laws, climates, references on the relationship of the urban context with the building, design of houses, among others. As part of the methodology, a digital survey was applied, which used snowball sampling to locate inhabitants who live or lived in the center historical. This allowed to have a first diagnosis and consider it to elaborate the proposal. that has been applied within the historic center of Loja seeking to improve the habitability of the tenants and maintaining the harmony of contemporary and historical architecture.
