Abstract:The analysis of the SDGs linked to the academic preferences of the students of law grants a strategic vision of the activities carried out by the University in regarding the study of judgments in the constitutional area and its implications in the development of human activities in terms of the productive sector of our country. Knowledge of the SDGs brings us closer to the reality that each of the activities carried out by the being human in society; has social, economic and moral implications, so this study collaborates in an integral way in the academic preferences of the student of right. This paper analyzes a ruling in the Novartis case, a company with legal status juridical, legally constituted and established within the Ecuadorian territory, for which reason creates a precedent on the application of tenders and compliance with the specifications and requests generated by the State's public procurement portal. It should be noted that it affects directly to sustainable development in literal number 16 since the institutions both Both public and private must work for the development of the country.
