Abstract

Abstract: The present work has focused on the preferences of the specific areas of science law that have come together in the students graduated from the UTPL Law degree. Therefore, through these data an analysis has been carried out regarding the matter of preference, with a sentence issued by the national justice bodies and international standards and the existing link with the Sustainable Development Goals. The development of the investigation had an exploratory legal nature, in which methods such as the systematic, exegetical, of analysis and synthesis. In view of this, a study was carried out on Labor Law with a sentence issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador that was closely related to SDG 16, to achieve research based on the different violated rights, such as legal security, which were Doctrinally and legally analyzed to reach a conclusion: Labor Law and the respect for the rights guaranteed by the Constitution tend to the existence of a more just, peaceful and sustainable society.
