| Abstract: | Abstract: The present work has focused on the preferences of the specific areas of science law that have come together in the students graduated from the UTPL Law degree. Therefore, through these data an analysis has been carried out regarding the matter of preference, with a sentence issued by the national justice bodies and international standards and the existing link with the Sustainable Development Goals. The development of the investigation had an exploratory legal nature, in which methods such as the systematic, exegetical, of analysis and synthesis. In view of this, a study was carried out on Labor Law with a sentence issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador that was closely related to SDG 16, to achieve research based on the different violated rights, such as legal security, which were Doctrinally and legally analyzed to reach a conclusion: Labor Law and the respect for the rights guaranteed by the Constitution tend to the existence of a more just, peaceful and sustainable society. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo se ha enfocado en las preferencias de las áreas específicas de la ciencia jurídica que han confluido en los estudiantes egresados de la carrera de Derecho de la UTPL. Por lo que, a través de estos datos se ha realizado un análisis referente a la materia de preferencia, con una sentencia expedida por los órganos de justicia nacionales e internacionales y el vínculo existente con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. El desarrollo de la investigación tuvo un carácter jurídico exploratorio, en la que se usaron métodos como el sistemático, exegético, de análisis y síntesis. En vista de ello, se realizó un estudio sobre el Derecho Laboral con una sentencia emitida por la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador que iba estrechamente relacionada con el ODS 16, para lograr una investigación basada en los distintos derechos vulnerados, como el de la seguridad jurídica, mismos que fueron analizados doctrinaria y jurídicamente para llegar a una conclusión: el Derecho Laboral y el respeto de los derechos garantizados por la Constitución propenden a la existencia de una sociedad más justa, pacífica y sostenible. |
