Abstract:This paper will analyze important jurisprudential precedents given by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in the sentence "Bedoya Lima vs Colombia (2021) , about gender violence, freedom of expression, quick legal remedies and effective following the guarantees of due process, and due diligence to protect and guarantee rights from State institutions. With this, it will be possible to treat and develop the standards of the Inter-American Court, which are linked to the objective of development No. 16, and how this due diligence can achieve the objective Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions . You can also contribute to the adoption of these guidelines in the States of our region or the world, in order to preserve the rule of law, where respect is and human rights are protected in an inclusive manner, and that demonstrates strength in its institutions to face the obstacles to the promotion of rights fundamental.
