| Abstract: | Abstract: This research seeks to recognize the academic preferences of students of Law together with an analysis and linkage of the Sustainable Development Goals with the Law, through the study of cases from sentences, having as main objective, to know the influential factors in law students at the time of develop their preferences towards certain branches of law. The present work has been carried out under the systematic method, in order to present information in a sequential; the method of analysis and synthesis when carrying out a detailed study of judgments, a socio-legal investigation into the link between law and society, and as the main method, the exegetical one, due to its function of interpreting legal texts, managing to link and make a comparison between the indicators of progress in terms of ODS and the Law. As a conclusion, it is determined that the students have an inclination towards their real preference when carrying out a specialization, along with the inclusion of social responsibility practices in the administration of justice and the application of the SDGs. |
| Description: | Resumen: La presente investigación busca reconocer las preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de Derecho junto un análisis y vinculación de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible con el Derecho, a través del estudio de casos provenientes de sentencias, teniendo como principal objetivo, conocer los factores influyentes en los estudiantes de Derecho al momento de desarrollar sus preferencias hacia ciertas ramas del Derecho. El presente trabajo se ha llevado bajo el método sistemático, con el afín de presentar información de manera secuencial; el método de análisis y síntesis a la hora de realizar un estudio minucioso de sentencias, una investigación socio-jurídica por la vinculación existente entre el derecho y la sociedad, y como método principal, el exegético, por su función de interpretar textos jurídicos, logrando enlazar y realizar una comparativa entre los indicadores de avance en materia de ODS y el Derecho. Como conclusión, se determina que los estudiantes llevan una inclinación hacia su real de preferencia a la hora de realizar una especialización, junto a la inclusión de prácticas de responsabilidad social en la administración de justicia y la aplicación de los ODS. |
