| Abstract: | Abstract:The main objective of this research work is to know the factors that come together in the UTPL Law Graduate student to develop preferences for areas related to legal science and its future specialization, the student, through the selection of variables from the information sheet, responds to the element of study and in the analysis of the results it justifies in an analytical and reflexive way its preferences. Through case study No. 17801-2010-21261, treated in the Court National Court of Justice of the Specialized Administrative Litigation Chamber, proposed by the actor Tomás Nieto Terán who deduces subjective action for his liquidation of the compensation for voluntary resignation, against EPMAPS and the Attorney General of the State and its relationship with objective number 16 of Sustainable Development (SDG) that promotes just, peaceful and inclusive societies; an investigation is developed documentary, with review of applicable legal regulations, jurisprudence and doctrine, applying the exegetical method. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo investigativo tiene por objetivo principal, conocer los factores que confluyen en el estudiante Egresado de la Carrera de Derecho de la UTPL para desarrollar preferencias por áreas relacionadas con la ciencia jurídica y su futura especialización, el estudiante a través de la selección de variables de la ficha informativa, responde al elemento de estudio y en el análisis de los resultados justifica de manera analítica y reflexiva sus preferencias. A través del estudio de caso Nro. 17801-2010-21261, tratado en la Corte Nacional de Justicia de la Sala Especializada de lo Contencioso Administrativo, propuesto por el actor Tomás Nieto Terán que deduce acción subjetiva por su liquidación de la indemnización por renuncia voluntaria, en contra de la EPMAPS y del Procurador General del Estado y de su relación con el objetivo número 16 del Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) que promueve sociedades justas, pacificas e inclusivas; se desarrolla una investigación documental, con revisión de normativa legal aplicable, jurisprudencia y doctrina, aplicando el método exegético. |
