Abstract

Abstract: This titling work analyzed the link between the sentence of the "Case of Grijalva Bueno vs. Ecuador" with the subject of Human Rights, and with the Sustainable Development Goal number 16. This analysis was based on establishing the importance of the SDGs, determining the relevance of the subject and arguing based on the sentence issued by the IACHR. All this with the objective of knowing the factors that come together in the student of the Law Degree of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of Legal Science and their future specialization. For the analysis, the systematic and exegetical method was used, having an exploratory legal character. Finally, the sentence demonstrated the relevance of human rights and its close relationship with SDG 16, and the appropriate conclusions and recommendations were issued.
