Abstract

Abstract: The present titling work called: "Academic preferences of students of the Law Degree and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), through the study of sentences" (the Ods were created by the United Nations with the purpose of to improve and transform the lifestyle of all member countries), this research work was created with the initiative of improving the quality of the study of sentences made by university students who are about to graduate, basing their research on objectives and current trends that help improve our social and justice system. The present sentence taken into account for the Investigation is Series C No. 315 of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, a sentence in which rights are violated, such as: the right to equality and non discrimination, the right to honor and the right of access to transparent and efficient justice, thus violating the guarantee of impartiality on the part of the State of Equatoria, rights that are recognized by our constitution and that are linked to SDG No. 16.
