Abstract

Abstract: This study focuses on the analysis of promoting just, peaceful and inclusive societies in the framework of the Sustainable Development Goal 16 in order to guarantee a safe fair and adequate, providing a decent life for human beings demonstrating transparency in the processes and information to be disclosed through effective institutions. By means of the investigation of the constitutional sentence details the presence of vulnerability on the constitutional right to due process in the guarantee of the motivation where it observed an unstable juridical certainty and an action of protection without effect; therefore there are the Sustainable Development Goals that through the National Plan of development of our country is carried out its correct application and compliance with the agreement to what is mentioned in the agenda for the year 2030, emphasizing better opportunities in benefit of the population. It is an analytical-synthetic investigation that consists of a method systematic and an exegetical method, in addition, research techniques such as the signing, the in-depth study of the sentence and the bibliographic review.
