Abstract

Abstract: The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), through their goals and indicators universal, help the countries that are part of the Organization of Nations United Nations (UN) establish policies to ensure peace and security international. The objective of this study focuses on SDG No. 16 (Peace, justice and institutions Solid), where the protected rights will be found: Access to Justice of Quality, Legal Security, Effective Legal Protection, Participation Rights and Information and the Right to Good Public Administration. For this project, the main objective is to study the sentence of the crime of murder, issued by the Seventh Court of Criminal Guarantees of Pichincha and by the National Court of Justice, since it will be linked to SDG No. 16 To conclude, critical analysis will be raised, if it were to specify its importance that it has in the right; for what is going to be studying and acquiring information in a gradually, this is how the doctrine, jurisprudence and norms that will go applying in the synthesis.
