| Abstract: | Abstract:The following investigation is to analyze Judgment No. 1504-14-EP, the same one that is issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, in relation to the Development Objective Sustainable 16 which refers to Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions. The purpose or General objective of this research is to know all the factors that come together in the Graduates of the Law School of the Private Technical University of Loja UTPL is to develop preferences for specific areas within the Legal Sciences and that of their future specialization in these. Among the main results of this Investigation is the Judgment analyzed which lies and has its incidence in Constitutional Law and that in its guidelines based that; due to connection, it alleges that the rights to the effective judicial protection and due process in the guarantee of motivation established in articles 75 and 76 numeral 7 literal 1; which is to guarantee equality between its inhabitants, in addition, that they feel free from situations that affect their development or including his life; situation that can be observed in this investigation. |
| Description: | Resumen: La siguiente investigación es analizar la Sentencia N° 1504-14-EP, la misma que está emitida por la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador, en relación con el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible 16 el cual se refiere a Paz, Justicia e Instituciones Sólidas. La finalidad u Objetivo General de esta investigación es la de conocer todos los factores que confluyen en los Egresados de la Carrera de Derecho de la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja UTPL es para desarrollar las preferencias por las áreas específicas dentro de las Ciencias Jurídicas y la de su futura especialización en estas. Dentro de los principales resultados en esta Investigación se detalla la Sentencia analizada la cual radica y tiene su incidencia en Derecho Constitucional y que en sus directrices fundamenta que; por conexidad alega que se vulneraron los derechos a la tutela judicial efectiva y debido proceso en la garantía de motivación establecidos en los artículos 75 y 76 numeral 7 literal 1; lo cual encuentra garantizar igualdad entre sus habitantes, además, de que se sientan libres de situaciones que afecten su desarrollo o inclusive su vida; situación que se puede observar en esta investigación. |
