| Abstract: | Abstract: The present investigation was carried out in order to carry out an analysis of the Objectives Sustainable Development with special emphasis on number 16, which makes reference to peace, justice and solid institutions, the present investigation is justified given that the Sustainable Development Goals are made up of a set of of goals whose purpose is that by the year 2030, we will be in the presence of a planet more balanced, in which there are greater equalities that respect peace, justice, strong institutions, as well as the planet is friendlier in the technologies used to thus benefit the environment and the health of the population. For the materialization of the present investigation, an analysis was carried out of a ruling issued by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Ecuador, to the purposes of being able to verify that one is in the presence of a social State and of law, that protects the rights and guarantees of the population in general. |
| Description: | Resumen:La presente investigación, se efectuó con el fin de realizar un análisis de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible haciendo un énfasis especial en el número 16, que hace referencia a la paz, a la justicia y a las instituciones sólidas, la presente investigación se justifica dado que los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible están formados por un conjunto de metas que tienen como fin que para el año 2030, se esté en presencia de un planeta más equilibrado, en el que existan mayores igualdades que se respete la paz, la justicia, las instituciones sólidas, así como también el planeta sea más amigable en las tecnologías utilizadas para beneficiar de esta manera al medio ambiente y a la salud de la población. Para la materialización de la presente investigación, se efectuó un análisis de una sentencia emanada de la Corte Constitucional de la República de Ecuador, a los fines de poder verificar que se está en presencia de un Estado social y de derecho, que tutela los derechos y garantías de la población en general. |
