Abstract

Abstract: This degree work analyzes the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) as a series of goals established by the United Nations to address the global challenges and promote sustainable development around the world. It concentrates study on SDGs 5 and 8 that allowed us to understand and analyze the ruling issued by the Court Constitutional Court with number 376-20-JP21. The importance of the work lies in the fact that the two objectives are fundamental to promote sustainable development and guarantee societies fair, equitable and inclusive throughout the world. And on the other hand, it allowed us to know the legal arguments used in the case studied and the relevant legal doctrines that are they used. In this way, skills for legal reasoning, analysis criticism and legal argument. In addition, it was understood how judicial decisions are made, The coherence and consistency of the rulings was determined and possible biases could be questioned or irregularities in the judicial system.
