Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to understand the factors that contribute to determine the academic preferences of UTPL students in the field of Law and its future specialization that would include a postgraduate degree. The general objective of this study is to investigate the impact that the Agenda has had in Ecuador 2030, global in scope, prepared by the UN, with its 17 Development Goals Sustainable; and at the same time, identify the interrelationship between the selected SDG, which in this case is number 3, called: Health and Wellbeing and the preferred legal matter of the thesis, which is Human Rights, focusing on the analysis of the sentence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights within the process: Luis Eduardo Guachalá, through which the importance of protecting people's right to health is consolidated with disabilities, in accordance with the provisions of SDG 3; This reaffirms the essential case study in the acquisition of skills for solving legal problems of integral type.
