Abstract: The purpose of this research has been to provide an in-depth study about the Sustainable Development Goals, which were created by the Organization of the United Nations so that, by 2030, most problems can be resolved that affect the world population, among which is pollution, hunger, gender equality and respect for human rights. The present The research refers more explicitly to SDG number 16 called peace, justice and solid institutions, which seeks to reduce the war conflicts between states, just as there is also internal security in each one of the territories, as well as solid institutions that guarantee high levels adequate justice, that judicial processes are rapid and are dictated by organs competent trained and impartial. Likewise, the research presents a analysis linked to the opinion of the students of the Private Technical University of Loja linked to the learning process within the career.
