| Abstract: | Abstract: The main objective of this research was, first of all, to know the factors that come together in the UTPL Law Degree Graduate, to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these and secondly the study of the Development Goals Sustainable, with special emphasis on number 16, entitled peace, justice and solid institutions, which aim to guarantee human rights as well as also protect essential rights such as citizen participation, protection effective judicial system, access to quality justice, legal certainty and the right to good administration, elements that will allow laying the necessary foundations for the materialization of the rest of the SDGs. The analysis of the present study allowed determine that the graduates of the UTPL law program have the knowledge necessary to face the exercise of your career as well as A series of recommendations were made in order to improve the techniques of teaching of this University. |
| Description: | Resumen: La presente investigación, tuvo como objetivo central en primer lugar conocer los factores que confluyen en el Egresado de la Carrera de Derecho de la UTPL, para desarrollar preferencias por áreas específicas de la ciencia jurídica y su futura especialización en éstas y en segundo lugar el estudio de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, haciendo un énfasis especial en el número 16, titulado paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas, que tiene como fin garantizar los derechos humanos así como también tutelar derechos esenciales como el de la participación ciudadana, la tutela judicial efectiva, el acceso a una justicia de calidad, seguridad jurídica y el derecho a una buena administración, elementos que permitirán sentar las bases necesarias para la materialización del resto de los ODS. El análisis del presente estudio, permitió determinar que los egresados de la carrera de derecho de la UTPL poseen los conocimientos necesarios para hacer frente al ejercicio de su carrera así como también se efectuaron una serie de recomendaciones con el fin de mejorar las técnicas de enseñanza de esta Universidad. |
