Abstract

Abstract: The present research work seeks to recognize the motivation that has driven the Law graduates in their academic preferences and, in the case of present work, by Labor Law. In addition, it is intended to identify the existing link between Sustainable Development Goal No. 8, the academic subject of preference before mentioned and the resolution of the sentence under study, this with the analysis through the preparation of linking sheets. Said Sustainable Development Goal aspires to opportunities for growth in the labor, economic and social spheres are common to all. This is how the sentence under study is considered relevant because it guarantees the protection of one of the rights inherent to Sustainable Development Goal No. 8: The right to employer retirement, conceived as the right to be retired by our employer in accordance with the requirements contained in article 188 of the Labor Code Ecuadorian, which include having turned more than twenty years old and less than twenty-five working uninterruptedly under a dependency relationship for the same patron.
