| Zusammenfassung: | Abstract: This work analyzes the regional behavior of pre- and post pandemic. The statistical records of the Income Tax and the Capital Tax are used. Added Value of the Internal Revenue Service for the period 2015-2021, which have been contrasted with the Gross Added Value of the provincial economic activity of the Bank Central of Ecuador in the period 2015-2021. The results show that there are significant differences in the tax contribution of the 24 provinces of Ecuador; and, indeed, tax collection was affected by the pandemic, presenting a descending behavior for the year 2020 and a slight recovery in 2021. |
| Beschreibung: | Resumen: El presente trabajo analiza el comportamiento regional de la recaudación fiscal pre y post pandemia. Se utiliza los registros estadísticos del Impuesto a la Renta y del Impuesto al Valor Agregado del Servicio de Rentas Internas del periodo 2015-2021, los cuales se han contrastado con el Valor Agregado Bruto de la actividad económica provincial del Banco Central del Ecuador en el periodo de 2015-2021. Los resultados muestran que existen diferencias significativas del aporte tributario de las 24 provincias del Ecuador; y, efectivamente la recaudación fiscal se vio afectada por la pandemia, presentando un comportamiento descendente para el año 2020 y una leve recuperación en el año 2021. |
