Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research work is to provide knowledge to the Graduates of the Private Technical University of Loja about specific legal areas so that in the future they can find what they are most passionate about in the different branches of law and thus have a successful specialization in their field. professional life and thus contribute to society in terms of legal issues. To solve the problem, the Sustainable Development Goals No. 5 and No. 16 were used as a reference for the case "Bedoya Lima and others vs. Colombia" since these were better suited to the case in question since these objectives seek the gender equality, solid institutions, peace and justice, additionally the historical and dogmatic method is used. To comply with it, the investigation was carried out based on legal, doctrinal and comparative directions. It is worth mentioning that the research work consists of four chapters, ordered in sequence and therefore each chapter addresses issues related to the SDGs and the chosen sentence.
