| Zusammenfassung: | Abstract: Currently there is an increase in stress in adolescents associated with the appearance of acne vulgaris, leading to psychological and physical deterioration. There are many drugs to combat acne that have been used since the past, but due to advances in medicine, there are new treatments that even implement natural medicine, having a great healing value on acne lesions and helping to prevent or cure the scars The objective of this research is to review the medical literature to update the information on the pharmacological treatment of acne in adolescents. The use of Mesh terms was implemented, using search engines such as: Pubmed; In addition, Science Direct and Springer Link were used. Regarding the results of this research, it is observed that there is currently a favorable evolution in terms of drugs that combat acne and prevent scars. In conclusion, there are new drugs that fight acne with better results in the presence of acne and scars. |
| Beschreibung: | Resumen: En la actualidad existe un incremento del estrés en los adolescentes asociándose a la aparición del acné vulgar, conllevando un deterioro a nivel psicológico y físico. Existen muchos fármacos para combatir el acné que han sido usados desde el pasado, pero debido a los avances en la medicina, hay nuevos tratamientos que incluso implementan la medicina natural, teniendo un gran valor curativo sobre las lesiones del acné y ayudando a prevenir o a curar las cicatrices. El objetivo planteado en esta investigación es hacer una revisión de la literatura médica para actualizar la información sobre el tratamiento farmacológico del acné en adolescentes. Se implementó el uso de términos Mesh, usando buscadores como: Pubmed; además se hizo uso de Science Direct y Springer Link. En cuanto a los resultados de esta investigación se observa que actualmente existe una evolución favorable en cuanto a los fármacos que combaten el acné y previenen las cicatrices. En conclusión, existe nuevos fármacos que combaten el acné con mejor resultado ante la presencia de este y de cicatrices. |
