Abstract

Abstract: The general objective of this investigative work is to design a proposal for implementation of a security system with artificial intelligence for the city of Emeralds; It is presented as a feasible project that proposes a solution to the lack of a surveillance system to counteract problems due to the low level of security in the Esmeraldas homes. It was decided to use new technological trends focused on area of ​​artificial intelligence, which imply greater reliability. The Methodology used was qualitative, since a survey was developed whose objective is validate what was identified in the interviews with specialists. The designed questions sought delve into the qualities of our target audience, identify the appreciation of proposal, the motivation to acquire the service, among other factors, with the objective of Prepare a value proposal and have an estimate of potential demand. The results of the research indicate that it will depend on where and how the service is provided. offered, a competitive advantage must be evidenced with respect to services that do not use the artificial intelligence, added value must be visualized.
