Abstract

Abstract: This project shows the way in which the student's preferred subject is related to the study sentence, giving the possibility of making an analysis of it in full accordance with one of the Sustainable Development Goals that protects the rights treated in the sentence and that are related in turn to the chosen subject, trying to strengthen said study. In addition to this, it presents the methodology with the approach of the hypothesis to be tested that seeks to determine the feasibility of the utility of preference matters in the analysis of real legal cases. Subsequently, the signing techniques are applied and on these the results and their discussion are established, which eventually give way to the conclusions and recommendations. The violation of the right to education is emphasized, which despite being considered part of the good life recognized in our Constitution, is violated and thus prevents free access to it. On the other hand, the extraordinary protection action is taken into account to access this right.
