Abstract

Abstract: The general objective of this research was to know the factors that influence the graduated from the law degree at UTPL, in order to be able to develop preferences by specific areas of legal sciences and their future specialization in them, at the same time At the same time, a general analysis of the 17 sustainable development goals was carried out, making a special emphasis on number 16, titled peace, justice and solid institutions. Likewise In this way, an analysis was carried out of a ruling issued by the Constitutional Court of the Ecuador in which a protection action was attempted based on the violation of a right established in the law, for which the Constitutional Court of Ecuador declared the violation of the right to effective judicial protection and access to justice through denaturation of this jurisdictional guarantee.
