Abstract

Abstract: The present work contains a deep analysis where it implies, knowing about the importance and commitments of the Sustainable Development Goals in terms of Law with an inclination towards divorces in Ecuador, in addition to distinguishing what are the obstacles and implications that the SDGs have had to throughout this period. The management, analysis and development of sentences by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador is concisely explained, taking into account its doctrines about the rights protected by it, however, the disparity that the COVID-19 has come to produce is analyzed. 19 and the positive or negative consequences that have occurred in both the social and labor aspects. Human rights play a very fundamental and important role, as do the trends, innovations and perspectives of Civil Procedure Law, as well as the institutions and public entities that make up the Ecuadorian State, so that citizens are obliged to strictly comply with their rights and responsibilities; just as the State guarantees control of the judicial powers where societies can subsist in harmony.
