Abstract

Abstract: This degree work called: Academic preferences of students Law students and their connection with the Development Goals Sustainable Development (SDG) through the study of sentences, aims to link the student's preferred subject, in this case Constitutional Law, with a Applicable Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), according to the previous ruling selected, No. 004-18-PJO-CC, with the purpose of the student analyzing and linking the rights protected by SDG No. 16, and how these rights are identified in the analyzed sentence. To this end, research has been carried out on the selected SDG, as well as well as their protected rights, and a review of the legal references that support these rights, both nationally and internationally. Additionally, an analysis of the selected sentence was carried out, in which delves into the arguments and normative resources of our laws used by the Constitutional Court to remedy the case, as well as, a reflection and critical evaluative study, in which the relationship of the sentence with the subject is explained preferably.
