| Abstract: | Abstract: The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) are global objectives designed to achieve a better and sustainable future for all people, the same ones that were adopted by the United Nations Organization in 2015, where the fundamental rights of every human being prevail. , protect the planet and ensure that by 2030 all people enjoy peace and prosperity. In the present investigation, sentence No. 25-16-IN/21 issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador was analyzed, referring to the violation of rights in terms of the constitutional scope of equity, transparency and non-confiscation and its connection with the Objectives of Sustainable Development that is framed in numeral No. 11 Sustainable Cities and Community making a legal and systematic analysis, the same that was the subject of the subject of my preference, which is administrative law and how it relates to the SDGs. |
| Description: | Resumen: Los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), son objetivos globales diseñados para lograr un futuro mejor y sostenible para todas las personas, los mismos que fueron adoptadas por la Organización de las Naciones Unidad en el 2015, donde prima los derechos primordiales de cada ser humano, proteger el planeta y garantizar que para el 2030 todas las personas disfruten de paz y prosperidad. En la presente investigación se analizó la sentencia N° 25-16-IN/21 emitida por la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador, hace referencia a la vulneración de derechos en cuanto al ámbito constitucionales de equidad, transparencia y no confiscatoriedad y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible que se enmarca en el numeral N°11 Cuidades y Comunidades Sostenibles haciendo un análisis jurídico y sistemático, la misma que fue objeto de la asignatura de mi preferencia que es el derecho administrativo y como se relaciona con los ODS. |
