Influencia de la formación en emprendimiento: la situación de las instituciones educativas en el Ecuador y sus implicaciones

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research is to assess the influence of training on entrepreneurship for the development of business intention in entrepreneurs Ecuadorians, this work was designed under the interpretivist philosophy, from a deductive and following the qualitative methodological route, in this cross-sectional study, The research subjects are entrepreneurs who were selected by through the convenience sampling technique and the tool used was the interview. The results of the study are based on data collected during the semester From April-August 2022, a total of 2 entrepreneurs were interviewed for this study, during the data collection of this work, several aspects were found positives such as the strengths and opportunities on the part of the interviewees regarding to the perceived impact of education on the entrepreneurial spirit and, some aspects negative aspects such as the weaknesses and threats that they possess, therefore, it is important have a good foundation in entrepreneurship training, because every entrepreneur must prepare and follow a process to start a venture, whatever it may be, Because every business idea needs to have a reference, a path that guides it on what alternatives to use and which ones not to use for its proper functioning and to achieve success business.
