Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research work is to examine the relationship between the Sustainable Development Goal number 3 (SDG 3) and the ruling issued by the Court International Human Rights in the case of Guachalá Chimbo and others vs. Ecuador. Through a legal analysis of the sentence and its connection with SDG 3, we seek understand how human rights and sustainable development are intertwined in the context of health and well-being. This work aims to raise awareness and guarantee the rights of a life. healthy and promote well-being for everyone at all ages. They explore the key elements of this objective, which range from access to health services quality to disease prevention, mental health promotion and adoption of healthy lifestyles. The Judgment issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights was analyzed in detail. Human Rights, through the arguments presented by the parties involved and highlighted the relevant findings and conclusions, seeking to provide a understanding for the implementation of OD3 in the framework of human rights.
