Abstract: The mining company "Cruz García," founded by two brothers dedicated to the small artisanal mining in 2018, operated in the province of Zamora Chinchipe, specifically in the canton of Centinela del Cóndor, in the Panguintza parish, a distance of 100 meters from the Amazon trunk. At that time, it had a staff of 25 people who were part of his work team. This degree work addresses the analysis, design and implementation of the System of Personnel Management of the mining company "Cruz García." The main objective is design a system that streamlines personnel management processes and, at the same time, introduce new and improved methods for personnel selection. This initiative seeks to raise the quality of administrative services and strengthen the structure organizational, with the ultimate goal of optimizing the use of available resources and increase the overall efficiency of the company. In the analysis directed at the company's personnel, it has been concluded that There is no adequate computer system that allows viewing and tracking the activities. This lack generates delays in the delivery of requested information, which which underlines the urgent need to implement a computer system dedicated to personnel management. This system is conceived as the solution to improve the efficiency in the various tasks performed by each team member, ensuring punctuality and precision in said activities. Based on the results of the research, it has been determined that it is essential carry out the proposal detailed in this document, which establishes the design and implementation of a prototype system for the management of highly efficient in the mining company.
