Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this investigative work is to investigate the Preferences academics of law students and their connection with the Objectives of Sustainable Development (SDG), through the study of sentences, with a focus on the SDG 16 that promotes just, peaceful and inclusive societies; For which, the Inter-American Court ruling. Case Duque v. Colombia. Preliminary Exceptions, Merits, Reparations and Costs. Sentence series C No. 310.; the same that arises in the case that addresses the violation of rights such as the right to equality before the law, non- discrimination, right to judicial guarantees and judicial protection, the right to personal integrity and right to life, considering the different instances by which had to go through the process, showing that the efforts made by the United Nations United Nations and the countries that make it up, no significant progress can be seen in regarding its applicability.
