Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this work is to make known the academic preferences that the students of the Law degree at the Private Technical University of Loja have the various subjects. In this sense, the study exposes a criminal law sentence and its relationship with Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, which refers to peace, justice and solid institutions, the same one that deals with its relationship with conflicts, insecurity, Weak institutions and limited access to justice continue to pose a serious threat to sustainable development, demonstrating the current problems that the Ecuadorian state by not having regulations that allow reducing the wave of violence that hits the country and that are aimed at protecting civil society and reducing significantly all forms of violence and guarantee the fulfillment of human rights humans.
