Determinantes en la toma de decisiones de inversión en el cantón La Maná, provincia de Cotopaxi, 2024

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research is to analyze the determinants that influence the investment decision making in the canton of La Maná. Under the research methodology with a quantitative approach, using numerical data obtained through surveys. These Data have been tabulated using data collection techniques and instruments. In the survey includes questions about general information and constructs based on psychological and behavioral variables, for the fulfillment of objectives. Likewise, it has characterized the panorama of investment alternatives in the canton and the criteria that the Lamanense population uses it to make investment decisions. The results determine the factors that influence the canton's investment decision-making, these are the variables of the attitude towards investment, among which the assessment of the aspects positives and negatives of an investment and risk aversion. Furthermore, it has been observed that 63% of the population incurs unnecessary expenses and the lack of financial education negatively affects the efficiency of investment decision making.
